• MyoFascial Release

    60mins- £55

    90mins- £70

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Using low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate.

What to expect during your session.

Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams or machinery. This enables me to accurate detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Release

    60 mins - £55

    follow/up- £45

Packages available - £130 for 3 MLD sessions

This treatments combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and myofascial release (MFR) when necessary. I find combing these two techniques have better results. I use gentle, rhythmic movements to assist in the natural removal of lymphatic fluid from affected areas. I also incorporate silicone cupping techniques as needed to enhance the process.

The lymphatic system plays a vital role in immunity, waste removal, and fluid regulation. When blockages occur, it can lead to symptoms such as fibromyalgia, swelling, skin issues, fatigue, insomnia, stress, digestive problems, arthritis, and migraines.

After an MLDR session with me, some clients may experience temporary fatigue, increased thirst, and heightened urination/sweating as the lymphatic system becomes more active.

However, if you have specific medical conditions like acute congestive heart failure, renal failure, active blood clots, infections, or bleeding, it's essential to consult with your doctor before receiving MLD to ensure it's safe and appropriate for your situation.
